1973 Chevrolet Camaro Type LT Additional Info:
This is a 1973 Type LT Camaro that has been made to look like a Z28 RS. I want to get to the point that this is no highend restoration but is an older paint job that is in pretty dang nice shape but not a show winner . The engine runs a little rough and prob needs a carb clean and tune up as its been sitting for 5 years but only had a few thousand miles on it when it was parked. Transmission shifted good when it was parked. I started it up a few weeks ago and pulled it out of the garage and it still runs and moves. Rear end is a factory clutch type limited slip. Tires are pretty bad and the passenger rear has a slow leak but the factory wheels are pretty nice. Its a 350 with a slight cam and holley 4barrel. Car seems to be pretty rust free no bubbling of paint or anything I've never seen any real rust over the 5 years I've tinkered with it. If your Picky this car is not for you but it does look good and could easily make a nice driver for the mechanically inclined. Interior needs a headliner the drivers seat has a small tear 1-2" on a seam that could be sewed easily and the center console is in rough shape. I think the interior is all stock original but I'm not sure. Exhaust need redone as its glass pack cut off under the floorboards. and it seams that the taillights are not working. There are probably some other things I've missed but this would make a good car with some TLC. If your a Camaro guy and want to nit pick don't bother as I'm not claiming this to be some original Z28 the car needs completely checked out before driven. I can be around for carrier/shipping company or personal pickup
