You want fast ? You want loud ? You wanna turn heads ? You like the classics ? Have I got the truck for you ! This '71 long bed C-10 is all that and then some. A GM Performance Center 383 Stroker engine, factory rated at 450 HP, fitted with a Holley Street Avenger carb, heddman headers, an MSD distributor and fully chromed, provides the power. A built 700R-4 overdrive transmission and the super tough 12 bolt rear axle make sure that power gets to the ground. 4 wheel power disc brakes with an electric vacuum booster provide the stop. Full power steering, with a new steering gear box provides the turn. The fuel tank has been replaced with a 50 gallon bed mounted unit, and the bed has a professionally installed spray-in liner. The front wheels are wearing new Cooper Cobra tires, the rear has a set of Mickey Thompsons. The inside of the cab is also fitted with chrome door panels, chrome glove compartment door, and chrome dash accents. Factory gauges are still fully functional, aftermarket tach on the column to monitor that engine, a grant steering wheel, and chrome foot pedals complete the controls. An OEM-look digital stereo with an under-seat 10 disc changer was installed for your tunes. New carpet, and a custom upholstered seat finish off the interior. All the glass is crack and chip free, the side and rear windows have a silver tint on the top. Condition is excellent, with the normal issues you would find on an 8 year old resto-mod.
