Sold as is where is--must be hauled in a trailer--can not be towed--tires are flat and can not be inflated.
**** I inherited this from my stepfather--I have the old title--the Tag Agency says that it will cost $282 to bring the title up to date--that is something that I do not wish to do---that will be for the new owner to accomplish.
