For sale from my private collection is this gorgeous black on red Lb9 305 tpi HO 230 horse Z28 This car is factory original from front to back. This car was carefully special ordered by the first owner who only drove it 8,500 miles in the first six years. And now the actual mileage is 24,754. That owner also liked his cars light, like me. With manual seats, manual windows, manual locks and no t tops to leak or squeak. This car starts, runs and drives like brand new. (Clean Carfax) The original mk6 5 speed trans and clutch are perfect. The car runs strong, with great traction from the oem gu6 3.42 gear set and g80 posi. An image from a prior seller's sheet is included. Which also shows the z28 j65 4 wheel disc brakes like the iroc race cars had. This car is very close in spec to the famous 1LE model. Actually, this car is as close as you can get to a 1LE and still have a factory am / fm radio and air conditioning. The original red interior is near perfect also, there are no rips or tears in any of the seats and the dash is perfect. The last owner before me owned a service shop and everything works as it should. It will need new tires, I was told that these tires were on it when it was in the showroom. There is no rust on the car and even the undercarriage is very clean. Its nearly impossible to find a near perfect, unmolested z28 these days. And with the g92 suspension package, the performance of this one is amazing.It has that correct V8 sound that is just music to the ears.
