1969 Chevrolet El Camino Additional Info:

Here’s your chance to FINALLY get that el Camino you’ve always wanted... and here is a good one for you.

About el Caminos...el Caminos are very, very cool cars...Muy macho. Srsly, you really stand out with a nice el Camino, it just shows you have a certain style...but you gotta wear boots, preferably cowboy boots.

Here is a very good solid car in very good condition. Simple, easy to work on, very reliable...and very classy.

Look at some of the $25,000+ caminos on e-bay. This old girl can easily be like one of those, so she could be a good investment, but I want someone to love her like I have, and I think you will really, really love this American classic.

1998 frame repair section due to rust, got that all fixed. Also, new rear quarter panels, both sides...no rust there.

Looks like she's got a bit of under-the-paint rust bubble passenger side lower front fender. I just noticed that, hmmm. See photo.

She gets wet inside if left out in the rain. Never been a problem because I live in a desert enviro and it dries up quickly the next day. And she very rarely gets left out in the rain.

350 GM crate motor 2001, low miles. I don’t drive her much. Runs very smooth and powerful, pulls my heavy old boat easily.

Total front end rebuild 2008

Interior gutted and insulated 2008, all new carpet and seats. Headliner not done--my shoulders went bad. Have material and new visors.

Stainless steel headers 2008. New dual exhaust system with crossover pipe, excellent condition 2008

Aluminum Edelbrock intake manifold.

Rochester quadrajet corvette carburetor, just rebuilt, and set-up right by a q-jet expert 2016. She runs great.

Fluidampr harmonic balancer...you know what? those things really work!

Accel distributor. Crane XR700 electronic ignition. Accel coil.

Aluminum radiator, 2010

Water pump 2012

Starter 2012

Battery 2016

New Maaco paint, I kinda don't like the color, but pretty good paint job. Was British racing green, now bright metallic blue. That Jaguar green was really pretty, see photo with boat.

Differential rebuilt 2008

Trailer hitch. Air shocks.

New 15” rallye wheels 2010

New cooper GT radials 2015

New windshield 2015

Funky little stereo with bluetooth, FM radio, aux input, USB input and Jensen 6x9 speakers. It really cranks out the tunes.

Aug 2016 I had a very good shop go through the car and fix everything he found needing fixing. He rebuilt the q-jet and rebuilt the drive-line, new trans kick-down cable and bracket, some exhaust gaskets.

I have a book of receipts and parts manuals plus I keep a log of all work done for last 25+ years.

Want those 14" chrome wheels you see in that one photo with my boat? OK, we can make that happen. Plus the Blizzak tires on those wheels.

I have owned Ellie May since 1977 and have always maintained her well.

We can set up a phone call to discuss and answer your questions.

Clear title. Sold as is, no warranty expressed or implied.

Really, You are going to get a very good deal on a rare American classic muscle car/truck...which just keeps going up, up, up in value. You are NOT going to get hurt $$ buying an el Camino.

This is a make-an-offer listing, but that is not showing up on my preview.

Also, you'd better get this done soon...Winter is coming.
