1957 Chevrolet Other Pickups 3100 Additional Info:

AWESOME SURVIVOR Truck.
It was in Northern California from new until February 2017 when I bought it and transported it to my collection in Kansas. NO SALT on roads there in Northern California, so it was NOT exposed to the rust starter that 95% of old cars and trucks were exposed to every year.
It HAS NOT BEEN RESTORED; it's original. Yes it has some wear and tear from being used on a ranch for 50+ years but it has never been hit hard and it has very very little rust.
Original paint inside and outside.
MOTOR:The original 6 cylinder which starts easily & runs like a champ.
TRANS:4 Speed ON THE FLOOR, not a column shifter.
GLASS:The rear BIG WINDOW is in excellent condition.The front windshield has normal scratches & a few tiny rock chips.The door wing windows both have bubbles between the layers & one is cracked.The driver door window needs a new regulator
METAL:Is all there & has a few dents from use on the Ranch.Very very little rust; the driver rear cab corner will need a small patch.
INTERIOR:All original stuff, except I did have the seat springs fixed, new pad & new original style seat cover to make it look & feel great to sit on.
I replaced the interior arm rests with correct original type because the old ones were broken.
WHEELS: I will provide the original wheels & caps but they are not shown.If the buyer pays my full asking price, I will include the modern steel disc wheels in the photos.If the buyer does not want those modern steel disc wheels, I will be happy to keep them & reduce my price by $1,500 at the time the truck is picked up.
