1973 Chevrolet G20 Van G10 Additional Info:
1973 G10 van with 250 6cylinder, 3spd manual on the column. Exact mileage unknown, I am not the original owner. Runs and drives well, power steering, manual brakes, windows, mirrors locks etc. I have had it in my shop dry and safe for years in hopes to restore it and take my kids to car shows. Unfortunately health and job are not allowing. It has little surface rust spots from little scratches and scrapes but the only through areas are the front passenger fenders and a small area in the front fender well and the top rear quarter by the door channel. Under doors are clean, floors etc. I put a nice real wooden steering wheel on it because the old one cracked from age. The van came with a middle seat as seen in the build sticker under the hood and side windows but it was removed and with some searching I found an original one. The far rear seat is another option which is the manual fold down one that turns to a bed. None are bolted down yet but the front ones. They are pt cruiser seats and very comfortable. The lights, wiper, heater switches all work. No radio and it has not had one since I have owned it. This van is not show ready but is good driver with original old drivetrain so don't expect it to drive like your new truck. I drive it about 55 mph with the 3spd tranny so I don't over Rev it. I live in a small town so it's not an issue. Tires are good and she stops well for manual brakes again not like new cars with power disc. It could use an exhaust eventually as the original one looks well used. It always starts right up and with oil changes I ad zinc to protect valves and guides. This van has not been a hippie van or cut up and that is getting hard to find. I have some misc bits to go with the van. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING AS I DON'T WANT ANYONE UPSET WITH THEIR PURCHASE. THEIR IS NO WARRANTY ON THIS VEHICLE YOU ARE BUYING A 40 YEAR OLD VEHICLE SO PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS.
