1964 Chevrolet Impala SS Additional Info:
Up for sale is this very nice beautiful 1964 Chevy Impala SS Sports Coupe. I purchased it a few months ago. I need to sell it because I am always working out of town and do not have time to enjoy it that much, plus I need to finish other projects I have. I really hate to let it go as it is one of the nicest classic car I have seen. Not that far from being a show car if it isn't already. The pictures pretty much explains it all. I cannot drive it anywhere without someone giving me a good compliment or wanting to buy it. I have driven it for two weeks straight without any issues. Even rides on the highway with no problems. Drives straight and does not move to the sides. Now this is what I know from the car as I have not had to much time to fully go through it. From the previous owner I was told it has matching numbers as it is a 327 engine with 137,000 miles. Dash says only 37,000 but I am guess it has rolled once, or who knows maybe it is the original miles. I couldn't tell as car is in perfect shape. Has a power glide transmission. Looks like the engine was removed and detailed as it is very nice. Mostly everything is original. The few things I do know is the it has been repainted, and has a couple of little chips. Body is pretty straight. It has been lowered, maybe cut springs? Has 20inch rims in the rear and 18inch in the front. Rear air shocks. The driver seat is torn a little. Also the turn signals do not work. I noticed some burnt wires under the dash that might have been the cause of the turn signal, but I am sure with a few bucks it can be fixed. Keep in mind that this car is fifty plus years old so it has a little wear and tear but really well taken care of. Well thats all I know and if you want additional information or pictures please let me know. I am also selling the car locally so if I get a good offer I will delete post. Cars in this condition are really getting hard to find. Do your research. CAR IS SOLD AS IS. Good luck bidding...
