Up for sale is a 1968 Camaro Pro Street Car. I’m selling this for a good friend of mine, he bought this car some years ago from a guy who used to Drag Race the car. The car is equipped with a full 8-Point Roll cage with fully welded Sub-frame connectors, back halved with a Narrowed Dana 60 4.56 Posi Rear. The car was built right back in the day with it’s sole purpose for Drag Racing. It is set-up running a Mono Leaf Floating Rear suspension with Ladder Bars. Up front is a Stock Camaro Suspension with Disc Brakes. The Engine is a built 406 Small Block with Edelbrock RPM Aluminum Heads and 750 Holley Carb backed up to a TH350 Transmission. Car runs Great making tons of torque to spin those Monster 29 x 15 x 15 Mickey Thompson Radials. This is no Show car, paint is fair, but the body is rock solid, with only a few small spots of rust. Car has been stored inside the better part of its life. The interior is very racecar-ish with a lack of power options, manual steering and manual brakes, the heater core has been removed but does come with the parts to hook it back up, the passenger door latch has been sticking but the replacement parts are included. The Low Door Bars make entry easy and still provide the safety and stiffness that you would want to put down some big power. There is no backseat in this car and the headliner will need to be replaced.
Here is a quick walk around video of the car:
