1968 Chevy Chevelle Malibu with SS badges and interior, 477 c.i. big block, Edlebrock aluminum heads and intake, Holley 950 cfm carburetor, roller cam, roller rockers, MSD multi spark ignition distributor and coil, ceramic coated headers, balanced and blueprinted, 6 speed TH400 transmission with electronic 3 gear overdrive system, fuel cell, black vinyl SS interior including buckets 17″ American racing wheels, Z06 Corvette discs on all four wheels, Hotchkis coil suspension connecting the Ford 9 inch rear end containing31 spline titanium axels. Previous owner states 602 hp at the rear wheel. This is a very strong running and mechanically sound Chevelle.
The paint looks better in the pictures than it is. The car will need minor bodywork and paint to be complete, though what is needed seems minor as it sits. On the flip side, I venture to say that the car is mechanically stronger than you can appreciate from an online listing. Please check out the video walk around out on ethylsgarage.com. The car sounds and runs right even on 93 octane pump gas.
Nothing I can put in this listing will give you the understanding and peace of mind that coming to look at the car in person will. I have done everything I can to describe the car to the best of my ability and I invite you to come have a look in person. The car is being sold in "as-is" condition without recourse. No warranty is stated or implied. Use the pictures and your expertise to help guide your decision.
Unfortunately, I do not have many of the technical specifications of the build. I traded a newer Z06 Corvette recently for this car and myfiancéand I have been atodds ever since the trade. Looking to get back close to even so I can put the cash into her newer muscle car for her. I believe the price for this build is a fair one, though make me a reasonable offer and we can try to get to a deal.
My most recent sale on here was a nearly $50,000 muscle car and my feedback scores are good. I will make a fair deal with this Chevelle.
