Comments:
There are absolutely NO RUST ISSUES on this truck - surface or otherwise. All metal has been cleaned and painted - even the frame, suspension, and backside of body panels - to protect from future rust. The interior of the doors has been treated with WaxOyl to retard any rust as well.
As opposed to many "cosmetic" restorations, this truck was fully disassembled and has been fully restored. That means new rubber seals all around (even the vent windows), and new window felts.
Interior is excellent.Custom billet accelerator pedal & cable linkage.
The exterior door handles are new chrome, as are the interior door handles & window cranks.
Firewall is painted body color,is free of extra holes, and wiring is neat.
Engine is painted Chevy orange with chrome air filter & Chevrolet logo valve covers.
K&N air filter.
Rear end is a GM 10 bolt.
Engine and transmission are in very good shape. Starts on the first turn of the key, and shifts perfectly. Throaty exhaust sounds great.
This truck has that great vintage but restored look, with some modern attitude like blacked out emblems, grille & bumpers - and chrome side exhaust trumpets.
Themodern V8adds needed horsepower, and the automatic transmission makes it a pleasure to drive. No issues.
This is a fresh restoration. It's clean on top as well as underneath!
Check out my excellent feedback. Thanks for looking. I hope you'll bid.
