1952 Chevrolet Other Pickups Additional Info:
1952 Chevrolet truck 3100 1/2 ton with gmc front end. (No Certificate of Title) for it. The hood and doors still need to be adjusted to get the body lines lined up. Its has two different style doors, The passenger side door is the newer push button style door and the drivers side door is the early style where the door handle is pulled down to open it. The doors are sprayed with rustoleum red oxide primer on the insides of both doors. I put new hood hinges and bolts on the truck. I put new front and rear shock absorbers on the truck they are the factory replacements for this truck and they are made by Gabriel. I put new door hinge bolts on 21 of them, all 4 fenders have new nuts, bolts and washers in zinc. I installed new rubber bed mounting blocks and pads under the bed of the truck and put some new bed to frame bolts, nuts and washers. I put a new back roof head lamp gasket in it and the rear headliner retainer bow has new screws for it. The truck does not have running boards or the side splash aprons and no tailgate. It has an orginal frame on the truck with the enclosed torque tube drive shaft still attached to the rear end. Truck comes with an additional original passenger side fender and a used glove box door and a center dash cover with ash tray. The wheels and tires are only good enough to move the truck around and transport and are not road worthy. The front and rear of the frame has been cleaned and painted with por15 gloss black. I did not paint the center of the frame where the cab sits because its hard to reach and clean there and I did not want to remove the cab off the frame. You will need to arrange pickup of the truck if you plan on bidding on it. Because it does not have a motor or transmission. The truck will need to be winched or pulled unto your trailer or car hauler with a strong come along, So come prepaired, Bring what you need to get the truck back to your place like tie straps, chains to tie the truck down so it wont move during transport. The brakes dont work and the brake lines are only connected to the frame. The brake master cyclinder had been removed by someone before I owned it. I will only accept cash for the full payment of the truck and you can pay that to me in person. The truck is being sold without a certificate of title because the person i bought it from didnt have a title for it. So I will sell it to you with a bill of sale. What you see is what you get. The hood has rotted areas in it also on the front fenders and holes on the cab floor under where the seat was on the passenger side. And the transmission cover is only half there. There are dents in the fenders, and cab. There is split metal on areas of truck here and there. There is rust and the cab corners have holes in them. Its not a perfect truck so please know that before bidding. Pick up of the truck is your responsibility please message me if you have any questions thanks.
