My belief is that this truck is a 1936 GMC truck. It's been in one family it's entire life in western Oklahoma. It would make a great project for restoration. Looks to be all intact with original drive train. Could also be a good rat rod project. With vehicles this old there is a lot of work ahead for you but this is a good base for a cool truck. Was going to build, but changed to COE trucks, I have 5 to build or sell. There is no title, just a bill of sale. The tag is 1968, so I believe that is probably the last time it was on the road.
