1967 Chevelle SS rust free

1967 Chevrolet Chevelle Super Sport Additional Info:

This 2 owner Chevelle Super Sport came to our dealership on a trade. We normally do not sell on eBay and have been in business for 26 years but we thought this car deserved a bigger audience. Per the second owner, he purchased the car in 1983 from the original owner (it is still on the 1983 New Mexico title) with a blown 396, he put a 427 out of a 1969 corvette in it. Please verify this before bidding, the block numbers are in the pictures. Drove the car until 1993 when he lost interest. The car has sat since then but oil is clean and motor turns over by hand. He also said the transmission is original but he added a line shifter. Car does not have power steering and has non power drum brakes. The original knee knocker tach is still in the car. The suspension looks original with the exception of ladder bars being added. It had a 12 Bolt rear axle, owner said it was a 4:10. Mileage is not actual and believed to be over 100,000. On the Interior, it's pretty sad. Original carpet and door panels but seats have been reupholstered. There are a couple of holes drilled in the dash. Floor pans are excellent. The very best part of this car is the body, I could not find any rust and most know we are very dry in New Mexico! The body does look to have some minor body filler, but I believe this car has one of the best bodies you will find, which can save you a lot on restoration.
