1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Additional Info:
I am selling my Chevelle SS that has 3250 miles on it since it had a frame off restoration. The factory 396 was rebuilt at the same time as the restoration. At the time of the restoration, a new 700r4 transmission was put in the car. It makes cruising around a lot more enjoyable having an overdrive. The torque converter is manually locking. There is a switch under the dash for locking and unlocking the torque converter. The car has QA1 adjustable coilovers on the front and back of the car. I have the factory springs and shocks/struts to go back on the car as well that will be included. Custom stereo with a Kenwood KMM-BT312U headunit Two rockford fosgate amps: One amp for mids and highs (p400x4) & one amp for the subs (p100X1bd). Infinity PERFT61 6-1/2 Component System 6.5" mids & 1" tweeters. 2 Rockford Fosgate P2D4-12 Punch P2 DVC 4 Ohm 12-Inch 400 Watts RMS 800 Watts Peak Subwoofer All of the stereo equipment is in the trunk and out of sight. Everything is controlled with a remote. The dash has not been cut in any way for the stereo install and it still has the factory radio in the dash. The car has the cowl induction hood with the functioning "flapper" valve. This car has never been in the rain since restoration and the underside of the car shows this. Just about every part that could be replaced when it was restored was replaced with new parts. There is also a new back glass still wrapped up that will go with the car. There are some minor scratches on the back glass that is in the car. This car is an example of an excellent driver that you can be proud to take to your local car show. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me and I will respond as quickly as I can. I am located in middle Georgia and am willing to show the car to interested parties after 5:00 P.M. any day. I have a lot more pictures of the car that I can send if interested. I have a couple of videos of the car running as well. If there is any area of the car that you would like pictures of specifically, let me know.
