For sale by private owner is a beautiful 1967 Chevrolet Corvette 327ci/300hp coupe in Marina Blue. I am listing this for a close friend who has owned the car for the last 8 years and has full documentation and receipts for all work done to the car, down to the original window sticker. The car is all original, including factory air conditioning (updated to R134A, blows ice cold), power steering and brakes. The only additions have been the side exhaust and a removable carpeted panel which contains an aftermarket stereo and is easily removable with quick disconnects (see photos). All numbers match and the engine was recently overhauled approximately 1.5 years ago, with only 2,245 miles since the rebuild. The car was completely stripped down and repainted around 4 years ago. All body panels are original as well as the glass, minus the windshield which was replaced. The paint looks outstanding and is perfect with the exception of two very small bubbles on the passenger side of the front bumper. Aside from this, there are no notable defects anywhere. Everything on the car is functional and it starts, runs and drives the way you would have expected it to back when it rolled off the assembly line 50 years ago. It has won many shows and the pictures speak for themselves.
The car has always been garage kept and meticulously maintained, as you can see in the photos. It was recently professionally detailed, during which time the paint was fully corrected and had a ceramic coating applied ($1600+, pictured in receipts). The oil has been changed every 2,000 miles and the engine runs smooth. The underside of the car is completely dry and there are no leaks, no smoking, etc. The clutch and transmission operate smoothly and the car tracks straight with no vibrations or odd noises. The car needs nothing and is ready for its new owner.
The car is currently located in Stuart, Florida and private inspections are welcome. Feel free to contact the owner, Gill, directly at (516) 732-1931.
