1966 C10 custom cab truck. Short bed, fleetside with the big back window. I have had this truck for about a year and planned to fix it up to drive, but I just can't get myself started so I have decided to sell it. When I bought it I was told it had the original 283, but I can't verify that. It cranks right up every time and sound good. May have a slight exhaust leak somewhere. It has had some work done on it for sure. You can see it has a Holley aluminum intake, Edelbrock 4 barrel carb, headers etc. I have driven it around the yard and house, but haven't had it on the road. I never insured it and the brakes are a little iffy. I think the right front is stuck and leaking fluid. I have had it running and moving around for a couple of extended periods and it holds great oil pressure and motor temperature, but due to the brake issue it will need to be trailered home. Trans is auto on the column. Turbo 350 I believe. All lights work. No turn signals because it's missing the lever. Later model bench seat looks good in and is in good shape, but it is not bolted in. All glass present and in good shape. Windows roll up and down well. The truck doesn't have any major wreck type dents, but it does have rust in the usual places as you should be able to see from the pictures. I'm not a body man so I won't give me opinion on what will need to be replaced, but drivers side is the worst. Paint flaking and "Lick and a promise" type body work on the truck is visible. think it would make a good "rat rod" the way it is, but will need some attention if it is to be taken to the next level. Bed appears to have original wood. $500 PayPal deposit due within 48 hours of auctions end. Balance to be paid and clear before truck may be transported out. Message me with any questions. Thanks.
