This car is really nice for age and mileage. I purchased it in New Jersey a few years ago. I have driven it all over the place with no problems. It was brown and had the typical de-lamination of the clear coat. This car presents well with the new paint. It is a carburetor and not the cross fire injected option also offered in 1983. This was the top dog L69 car that tried to make up for the missing Corvette in 1983. There are no options in this car. No Air, No power windows, No T-Tops, Etc. But what is present is really nice condition. I have had many types of American Muscle and this one is a fun one to have. The 5 speed and Carb. add to that muscle experience. As all muscle cars are getting out of reach in price for the everyday enthusiast, these are getting hotter and hotter. I buy cars, tinker with them to make them better, and pass them on to the next guy. I painted it, put new weather strips, alternator, water pump, belts, strut, tires, decals, emblems, wheels, hatch lock, brakes, fresh alignment, battery, and headers. It is very sound and I would trust it on any voyage. All the work is done, Go DRIVE it!! The interior is 7 of 10 and body is 8 of 10. Paint isn't perfect couple dingers. I teach in a Vo-tech and the auto body students did paint. It's a 5 footer. Wheels were painted gold to give the IROC look as well. The radio is not working now but I have a replacement that will go with it. I listen to bluetooth speaker, so never bothered me. Please feel free to contact me with questions but don't waste my time.
