1940 Chevrolet 2 door sedan Additional Info:
Reducing our work load a bit. Here is a 1940 Chevy 2 door that is an easy and straight forward car to complete. Started as a rust free car. Stripped to bare metal, then all body work completed and put into prime. The frame was taken to bare metal also. New Scotts Rod Shop Mustang II style IFS. Ford 9 inch. Recessed firewall. All glass, front and rear seats, dash, aluminum radiator, gauges etc. This was an almost finished, running and driving car about 8 months ago. We bought it for $15K to complete for a friend of ours. He wanted a different engine etc, so we pulled the car apart and sold the engine and transmission for $3K. That means there is no engine or transmission now. He wound up changing his mind and decided on a truck. So the nose, and fenders are currently off. New gauges, no wiring. Other than that is is complete. Clean Washington State Title. RUST FREE HOT ROD We have $12K into it and are taking a loss to make some room and finish other projects. Clear Washington State Title.
