Thank you for viewingthe auction for my 1983 Chevy Monte Carlo.

This Monte Carlo runs good, drives tight, shifts well, and is registered, insured, and driven regularly. Starts every time. Rolls down the road true. No shimmy at highway speeds, and is comfortable on the road. Recent maintenance includes complete tune up, alternator, battery, new tires.Windshield recently replaced.

Overall body is good. Undercarriage is clean with no rust issues. Paint is obviously faded but not much work needed to prep for paint. Vinyl top is in decent shape but the white dye job is chipping off.

Needs a fair amount of small stuff. Odom stopped at 59997.It worked 6 months ago and I have put maybe 2500 miles on it since then.Climate control works properly with good heat. AC does not blow cold. Interior is OK. Doors need tightening regarding weather strip and seals. Hinges are wearing as well. Rightdoor needs striker replaced (replacement included).Electric windows work but the passenger window only works from the passenger door.Wipers work properly. Aftermarket stereo works but prior owner did some funky sub set up that I removed. Needs to be re-wired but the unit and speakers are good. Brakes stop good but front pads and rotors need replaced. Needs muffler and tailpipe installed (included).

Overall This is a good running, dependable, and cool Monte Carlo. I need to sell as I just bought a vette and am selling severalto fund the purchase. This is a no reserve auction with a low $500 starting bid.
