1955 Chevy Suburban Carryall 2 door body.
Body has been completely sand blasted and all rust repaired including new steps. All work done by North Texas Customs. Body was coated in epoxy primer. Firewall was smoothed and coated with a rhino lining type product as well as theunder body of the truck.
Comes with all new doors, fenders and hood. Missing grill and a few small items that are available aftermarket.
Rear barn doors are in great shape, I have all the latches and hard to find pieces.
No glass is included.
It is sitting on a complete TCI rolling chassis with coil over suspension. Mustang II type front end and 4 link rear with a Ford 9" housing (3.08 gears).
Comes with a Monster Transmission 4L80e brand new rebuilt -0 miles-,
Cummins 4bt engine that was overhauled and test run with great oil pressure etc., custom made A/C mount., has vaccuum pump(replaced the common leaky seals) with power steering pump.
Driveshaft has been custom fit and is installed.
An IDIDIT tilt steering wheel is hooked up and installed to the power rack.
The brake system has been plumbed and bled.
Fuel system is runin complete stainless braided lines and is coming from a custom mounted mustang tank with high performance diesel fuel pump.
Front seats are from 2000 era Silverado and seat brackets have been made.
An underbody battery tray has been installed.
Aluminum radiator installed.
Also have new in box, door latches/assembly. I think I have new window regulators as well.
My next steps were to get everything wired up and running, then send it out to paint. Lots of time and money (over 12k in frame alone) has gone into it so far but I just don't have time or funds to finish it.
