The under side of the cab area floor has not been undercoated to hide any issues. It is solid but shows some surface rust. The heads, engine block, and distributor are 1970 396 Chevelle. The intake is a 1969 396 factory high rise. The carb is a holley 4bbl. The engine runs smooth with good oil pressure.

This is the day it was pulled from the shed with the owner of 20 years. He wanted a pic of him standing by his car. Had a small rust bubble above the rear wheel well that most flipper guys would have packed with filler. The repair was done to last for decades. The bumper pad had loosened and was in the trunk.

I wanted to show that the car was painted and the reason was that over the 20 years it had chips and small dings etc. but still looked very nice. Remember that the best bang for the buck is to buy a car in this condition ready to drive. Most of us know buyinga lower priced car needing restoration can be a nightmare. Dealing with body shops and rounding up parts can be nothing but trouble.
I did get a call from someone claiming to have been the second owner in 1972. Not sure if it was legitimate but he did claim to know a lot about the car.
