1969 Chevrolet Suburban basic Additional Info:

This is an beautiful, almost all original 1969 Suburban. Former military/government vehicle with original patina. Runs and drives excellently! Went through it mechanically in depth, restored brakes, suspension, engine thoroughly checked, replaced worn parts, hoses, etc to make it a daily driver. New tires, did bodywork on roof and repainted wheels. New custom bamboo dash with digital instruments. Mexican Blanket custom seat covers over the original bench seat but it is restored with new vinyl underneath the blanket covers. Added two modern fold down seats in back for added room and flexibility as well as seatbelts for four occupants. Structurally solid, a lot of body rust and pans need to be replaced eventually. Turns heads, as-is, the patina has been maintained with heavy wax to prevent new rust. This is ready to drive and enjoy! No AC. Three on the Tree 250 six cylinder, one of Chevy's most reliable and solid engines. Had 137,000 on OD when bought, put 750 on since restored.
I drive this around town almost daily, I have taken it on the highway at 70 with no problems but of course that is the upper limit, this is for showing and enjoying and adding a few more finishing touches to make it perfect. I've sunk enough into this that the next person to buy should be sitting very well in terms of value and making a few more changes. I have body work estimates I can provide as well as my mechanics list of things that were replaced or fixed.
