This is a rare example of a very original unmolested factory Cranberry Red bench seat 4 speed which still retains functioning reverse lock out. This car also has functional cowl induction hood just like it left the factory. If that's not original enough for you this car also has original quarter panels, original floors, original trunk floor etc. which are all in great condition. This is an Original Florida car sold new in Lakeland, Florida and remained in Florida it's entire life. This car is so original even down to the original 2 piece brake rotors, and believed to be 75,400 original miles, this car just recently underwent its first repaint.
While the period correct 396 V8 motor is not the original, how many original 4 speed cowl induction hood Cranberry Red Chevelles didn't lose their original motors the way they were driven in the old days. This one runs and drives just like it did when it was new!
Car also has Factory 331 Posi Rear end with 12 bolt.
