1981 Chevrolet C10 SWB, Good Start to build, drive it, Squarebody truck

Selling this 1981 C10, I bought this truck from a friend of mine to do some work and mods to and drive, in the meantime I ran across an 87 that I am going to persue instead, therefore this truck needs a new home, 81 C10 SWB with 350 I was told, haven't ran block numbers. Truck has a fresh built T350 tranny, I have recently replaced flywheel, starter and it has a new converter, motor has headers, small cam, intake and carb, All AC is intact and there but will need charged, Heat worked last time I used it but fan motor makes a slight noise when first turned on, I want to be as honest as I can listing this truck, I havent had it long but knew the truck and owner before I bought it, he was driving it daily, it has PS and PB, brakes are touchy but will stop it very well, lights etc work but left hand turn signal isnt flashing, seat has been recovered, carpet is newer, dash pad does have a crack right past the cluster on drivers side, truck has been lowered about 2" with flip in rear and springs in front, Drivers side door glass rolls up and down but is a little tough to get going, has manual doors and windows. Paint on truck is about 6 years old, its driver quality has some flaws, truck has new exhaust, message me with any questions, have clean and clear title in hand, this truck should be a good one with some TLC, listed locally so reserve the right to end auction, look over pics and message me with any questions prior to bidding, I have dont my best to list truck as accurately as I can so feel free to ask before bidding. Good squarebody that can be driven as its worked on or just drive it way it is, I do not have a set of door keys, only ignition key. Truck is dirty in pics, I havent washed it up or tried to shine it, just the way I got it a few months ago
