1963 Chevy II Nova, North Texas Garage Find
Here is a great find. Elder man here locally owned this car and she was street registered up to 2012-2013. The owner was a hot rod builder back in his day and the 307 V8 in this girl shows it. The engine, 2 Speed Power Glide are top notch. The paint and body work was completed back in the 90s, still looks very cool today, but with age showing with paint cracks and chips she could make a great modern build start. The under body has additional sub frame supports for the power behind the 307, the front floor shows a couple patch panels and the interior had the headliner removed to replace, but was not completed. The engine, trans and rear end seems spot on, front brakes are disc and the front seats have been switched to buckets. I have driven this car and she starts right up, and has tons of power....a great reliable engine build. The shifter has been swapped to a B&M speed shifter, the tires are in great shape and she has duel electric fans. Chevy II cars have been moving to blue chip collectables and major projects bring good money. This car give you great options in as is or an easy start to a custom modern build. Dot bee fooled, we didn't spray down the trunk or paint the block, we wanted to keep her as we found her and you get what you see....great find. Check out the Video.
