STK 2191 1975 Chevrolet Corvette The popular Corvette C3 was produced from 1968 through 1982. This partially restored 1976 T-top is a fine example of a nice driver-quality C3. It appears to have been well cared for over the years. The Classic White re-spray was done in 2014 and is in good condition. All of the exterior body panels and gaps are straight and the front/rear bumper covers are in good nick. The Dark Red leather seating carpeting and dash-pad are well presented. This coupe is equipped with A/C tilt-wheel power tinted windows power seats/locks and AM/FM/Cassette stereo. The factory 350ci J-code (VIN) small-block was factory rated at 165hp/255lb/ft. We do not know if this is that original motor but some work has been done under the hood. The intake is an Edelbrock dual-plane with Edelbrock 4V carb. Exhaust is routed thru tube headers and free-flowing turbo mufflers. The transmission for the original motor was the M-20 4-speed manual backed by a posi-traction differential and 3.36:1 gears. A chassis supports power steering front coil spring suspension and upgraded rear suspension. The composite transverse mono-leaf rear spring provides much better handling and ride than the original steel leaf configuration. Power brakes are 4-piston disc/caliper units and fully chromed Rally wheels with centers mount radial tires. This Corvette will make someone a very nice driver.
