1978 Chevrolet C-10 Big 10 Additional Info:
Up for auction is my 1978 Chevy C-10 "Heavy Half / Big 10" pickup. This pickup is a factory F44 option coded truck with a 6200lb GVWR rating. It is equipped with dual fuel tanks and a class III tow hitch. I have owned this truck for over 15+ years. It is equipped with a small block Chevy 355 engine with less than 5000 miles on the short block. It has iron heads with 2.02/1.60 valves, Comp Cams 280H Magnum camshaft, Edelbrock aluminum intake, Holley Street Avenger carburetor, headers, 2.5" dual exhaust with Flowmaster mufflers and an Optima red top battery. The transmission is a TH-350 with a stage 2 B&M shift kit. The brakes on the truck were completely rebuilt about 2 years ago with new calipers, hoses and brake pads on the front and new drums and brake shoes on the rear. The body is solid, but the interior could use some work. It is a very strong running truck and has never let me down. It has 295/50R15 tires on the rear and 225/70R15 tires on the front with 80% tread remaining.
This is a 40 year old vehicle and is therefor sold as-is with no warranty. You are more than welcome to come inspect the truck at any time before placing a bid. No bidders with less than 10+ feedback without contacting me first or I will cancel the bid and block you from the auction. I hate to have to be like this, but listing vehicles on eBay is expensive and too many people like to play games and bid on vehicles they either can't afford or have no intention of paying for if they win.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is due by PayPal immediately after the auction end with the balance due by either cash or bank transfer within 72 hours of auction close. Vehicle must be picked up within 14 days of auction ending unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them and I will answer them as quickly as possible. Thank you for looking at my auction and good luck to you!
