1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 . Additional Info:
I've had this Chevy for 11 years and it originally was a California car so the body and frame are solid. It runs and drives like a tank!!! It is drivable but the speedo is not working, it reads a little over 67,000 but i've put on about 3,000 sense it stoped working. The car has 2" lowing blokes in the rear and the front springs had been cut, so if you turn too sharp the wheels rub on the fender. The interior had been done about 4 years before I got the car but the other owner left it sitting in the cali sun for 4 years so its faded and cracked. Its been stored inside the last 11 years and it comes with a car cover. The engine was replaced in the late 70's with a 308 and it runs great, could use some fine tuning though. It has a rochester quadrajet that was rebuild a year ago and I also replaced the gas tank shortly after. Right passenger back door needs some attention as the pics will show but as far I could tell those were the only bad spots on the body besides surface rust. started sanding the paint off the roof but never finished. All original trim is included, windshield had been cracked while removing window trim. Trunk and floor boards are all solid. The original spare whitewall from 57 is still in the trunk but doesn't hold air. Trans and power steering both have slow leaks due to sitting for so long. It has a new radiator and 9 year old Z-racing rims. Thats all I can think of. Message me with any questions or for a link to more pictures and ill do my best to help or send me your phone number and I can always call when I have a minute. Happy bidding!!!
