Added some pictures, im horrible with cameras, computers and so on. Pictures added are of disc brakes and calipers, new turbo mufflers and new driveline, the rear end with sway bar, new shocks and rear lowering springs, i tried showing how good the sheet metal is under the truck. There is surface rust only underneath with the exception of the driver side toe board i mentioned. I restore classic cars as a hobby and this truck has about the nicest original sheet metal ive seen. I did weld in a new lower section on the front passenger fender and then blended the patina paint. When i removed the rear fenders, i was amazed at the condition of the back side of the fenders, NO DENTS what so ever, like i said, really nice sheet metal. The pictures do not do the truck justice. It is a driver so it is dirty underneath. I cant take any better pictures but i will try again tomorrow to get a few more. If you are a serious buyer, you can hire an inspection service or fly in to look at the truck. Please feel free to call with any questions.

I have had a lot of questions about adding a laid forward tail gate. This is what i would do. -I was going to put one on originally but liked the look of the web gussets. I will add 2 pictures to the auction about this because every one wants to know how to put a tail hate on. I would use a 40s chevy pickup tailgate hinge on the bottom on both sides, just drill a couple holes to attach, and then weld on two brackets up top for the chain, or use a hidden latch kit that you can find on line, they mount on the inside of the bed wall on just one side. The tail gate would just lay over the top of the web gussets, no need to remove them. I believe an original tail gate would need be sectioned or notched out on the top corners. I would just fabricate the tailgate, much funner to build one. I will add a picture of one i made fron scratch goofing around in my shop.
