1949 Chevrolet 3100. It Runs and drives great. Fires Right Up. Unmolested Truck. Has original motor with 80,000 miles. It has a "3 on the Tree" 3 speed manual transmission. Shifts through all the gears and reverse with no problems. Clutch works good. Gauges are also working. Speedo is missing the needle but it is functioning. Odometer is working. Fuel Gauge works. Oil Pressure Gauge works. *All the Glass is there and not broken* The driver side door glass is off the track and will need to be put back in place. Headlights and Taillights work. Brake lights work too. It has been upgraded it to a 12 volt system. Body is in great shape. All metal. Fenders both front and rear, are in great shape. Bed has all the wood boards in place. Hood is in great solid shape. Has all the latches in place. Has both the Hood ornament and Chevrolet Logo in place. Tailgate looks great has some surface rust. Has both side mirrors. The rearview mirror is still in place. Dash is all there. Ashtray and Lighter are there. I have the front bumper. It will be included with truck. Bench seat has been reupholstered. Also the door panels were done to match the bench seat. It has brand New Tires all around, Center caps are there. This is a complete running driving truck, Brakes work all around . I see what these other 3100 trucks are going for. They are incomplete and they don't run or drive. This is not some old junk truck in 100 pieces and there are no piles of parts to go with it. Its all there now. It is a running driving stopping fire it right up truck. Restore it or make it a restomod. Drive it like it is, The options are all there and the choice is all there. Cool truck.
The truck is being sold as is. Its 68 yrs old. There will be some wear and age. I feel that I have done my best to describe the truck. I drove it around for at least an hour today. Also took it out a couple of weeks ago with the old lady, and we were loving it. Imagining ourselves out on a date back in 1949. No problems at all. No overheating or leaking. No broken parts. I know this truck could EASILY be restored to 100%. It is all there. No looking for parts. Running Boards can be found on the web. Comes with CT.
