1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Additional Info:
1967 Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Convertible Numbers Matching 327ci 4-Speed Manual Transmission Marina Blue Exterior White Convertible Top Blue Vinyl Bucket Seats Born in St. Louis,MO with a Final Assembly Date on Tuesday, May 02, 1967 Body Numbered 3133 and built April 20, 1967 Body Sourced by AO Smith Very Nice and Very Original Corvette with excellent bird cage and frame. Body bonding strips look great as does the seams and body lines. The 327ci Powerhouse performs with ease and still relies on original cast exhaust manifolds, heat shields, valve covers, and air cleaner. This is a very nice and real Corvette Roadster! C2s in this condition keep getting harder and harder to find. Great color combination and very much kept as intended original. America's love affair with the Corvette has lasted over 60yrs with newer models continuing to push the limits of style and performance. 1967 is among one of the most desirable Corvette model Years due to its soon to come paradigm change, the C3 Stingray was to be introduced and the beloved C2 was at its production final run. The Design and Raw Power that made these last C2s were near an end and 1967 was it. Today, we find that the 1967 has stood the test of time as a favorite among Vette owners and enthusiasts. The 327ci producing 300HP moves the Convertible effortlessly and poises with attitude on and off the street as does the timeless styling cues ie: Gills/Vents on lower fenders, Stinger shaped hood, Wedge Nose and Tail Design, and Fuel Door/Cap. Always been a fan of Corvettes and this particular car exemplifies why. Beautiful and tear free interior looks great top up or down. Original Carpeting looks a bit faded in some areas but is all there and still adds to the quality overall appearance of the car. Chrome looks good and Stainless is nearly excellent all the way around. Paint still produces brilliant shine though the Corvette was repainted some 20yrs ago. It has few cosmetic flaws mostly due to age of finish but yet very respectable in appearance. Typical of these, the clock has not worked in quite some time but you will be glad to know that the radio still does. All in all what a nice car! Call us with any and all questions. Thank you
