This is a 54 COE that sometime early on had a 1956 265ci put in to replace the 235 straight six. The engine is a rebuilder and does not run. The truck was taken apart down to the chassis to begin restoration but shop space was reduced and this one got the short straw. The cab and sheet metal are back on the chassis with temp fasteners. everything is there but the front bumper. The lower cab corners have been cut out for replacement and I have the patch panels. There is some rust in the expected places (door sills, ower cab corners). Straight and workable, he irreplaceable parts are there.
