Up for sale is my 1955 Chevrolet Pickup 3100. I am the third owner. I've owned it for ten years. The reason I'm selling is I no longer drive it and it needs a new home. It's been garaged and covered with a custom fit car cover since painted The car cover comes with the sale.
The pickup is 95% original. I replaced the radiator, as tank, ailgate and exhaust system recently. In an effort to keep its originality, verything works like it did in 1955. I even sent the the heater core to a specialist on classic vehicles to re-core it.
The truck runs like new, o smoke.Originalmotor and transmission.The truck is a 235 6 cylinder, speed column shift.
Not a rust bucket, ightsurface rust on the frames which is usual for a truck this age. I pride myself on attention to detail. I had the chrome done professionally, ven when I replaced the tailgate I had the lettering hand painted.No secrets here.
The hood, ight door and right fender are starting to show signs of light paint defects on a ten year old paint job. Should be easy to match and fix. The truck has never been in an accident, o body damage. The interior is clean.
The tires have plenty of thread, nd comes with spare tire mounted in rear. While the truck has a CD player inside the glove box, he dash and doors have been kept unmolested. The speakers are behind the seat.
