JUST IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS AND BARNFOUND IN THE SOUTHERN DELTA IS THIS NEAT WINTERTIME PROJECT, A ONE FAMILY OWNED 1957 CHEVROLET 3100 SERIES SHORT WHEEL BASE PICKUP TRUCK BOUGHT NEW FROM THE GENTLEMAN WHOM I PURCHASED IT FROM'S GRANDFATHER, THIS TRUCK IS ALL ORIGINAL, THE ONLY THING'S MISSING ARE THE HUBCAPS AND THE SEAT, ORIGINAL 235CI 6 CYLINDER ENGINE WHICH IS NOT RUNNING AND HASN'T BEEN CRANKED SINCE JUST AFTER HIS PASSING MANY YEARS AGO, 3 SPEED MANUAL TRANSMISSION WITH THE SHIFTER ON THE COLUMN, THE AGED PATINA LOOK ON THIS TRUCK IS VERY COOL AND MAKES FOR A ONE OF A KIND TRUCK, NEVER ANY BODY WORK OR FILLER WORK DONE SO WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET WHICH IS THE WAY TO FIND THESE PATINA TRUCKS, THERE IS SOME RUST IN THE COMMON AREAS IE..CAB CORNERS, FENDER BOTTOMS, INSIDE STEP, ETC..
