A BEAUTIFUL 1987 MONTE CARLO SS (NO RESERVE)

1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo ss Additional Info:

This Monte has been gone thru from end to end. I will just list what was done:

• It has a small block 400ci chevy engine. estimated at 450+ horsepower. never dynoed or raced
• It has been bored .400".
• It has a very large cam . I am not sure of the profile but it has a very choppy idle.
• It has forged pistons and rods on the stock crank.
• It has ported and polished stock heads.
• It has Hooker headers coming into 3" collectors going into a Flowmaster 3" true dual setup with 40 series mufflers. (BIG CAM PLUS BIG EXHAUST EQUALS BIG SMILE)
• All of this is backed up with a th350 trans that was custom built to handle 500hp reliably
• It has the stock rearend with 3.73 gears
• The interior has been reupholstered with black vinyl
• The carpet and headliner was replace
• A aftermarket overlay is on the dash
• It has a Pioneer cd player with bluetooth call capability
• It has Eibach coil spring on front and rear with Edelbrock IAS shocks on all four corners

The paint was done 3 years ago. It has gotten waxed twice per year since then. It could stand to have a good professional polishing but it is in good shape overall. This car has spent its whole life in Mississippi. There are absolutely no rust issues. This not someones beat up race car. It has never been on a racetrack. It was built to be an attention getter when out cruising. It has no air conditioning, no cruise and the power door locks do not work. This car has some serious old school muscle and every one who has ever ridden in it got out with a chesher cat grin. This car has been driver very little since the rebuild. The drive train has less than 5000 miles on it.
