65 chevy impala convertible

1965 Chevrolet Impala Convertible Additional Info:

Up for auction we have a 1965 Chevy Impala Convertible with a 327 V8 and Powerglide Automatic Transmission. It has power steering, power brakes, and a power top. The previous owner stated the engine and transmission have been rebuilt with under 500 miles on it. The under carriage is painted black and has new shocks, brakes, bushings ect and exhaust. Under the hood is also painted black. The body has been media blasted and new quarter panels installed. The doors, hood, cowl and trunk lid are clean and primed. The front fenders had some dents pounded out but need to be smoothed out. As seen in the photo of the front drivers side floor there is some small rust holes and a patch. I think a new floorpan patch would clean that up. The rest of the floor and trunk are good. The dash looks like new and the clock even works! The origional radio is missing. The glass is all good. The window mechanisms are there but need to be installed The bumper chrome is not to bad and all the trim is in the trunk as is tail lights ect. The interior panels are there along with the rear seat foam but need to be redone. The motor for the top engages but can't lift it so that needs some attention. It also needs the convertible top fabric. This car will be sold as is where is. The high bidder is responsible for the shipping arrangments and expenses. The high bidder will pay 25% of the purchase price within 24 hrs of auction end and the balance due within 3 days of auctin end.
