A complete custom-built 1934 Chevrolet Cabriolet that has super slick paint on the outside, loaded A/C interior, big block heart, and a fully independent suspension. We've already got your attention without going over the amazing details yet!Hot rods are like lightning bolts, and that's why this one is painted an electric shade of raspberry. In fact, the paint is already so slick and shiny, the coupe can forgo some chrome in the usual places with its shaved door handles, painted headlight surrounds, and a bumper delete that lets you see the flowing lines of the steel body. Plus, the clean design makes the brightwork on the grille and 15-inch Cragar wheels really standout. Standard practice for a quality hot rod body like this includes chopping inches out of the height, forward leaning stance for the big rear tires, and fiberglass fenders that provide a tighter fit for the new performance image. But the coolest custom touch to this Chevy is arguably all the pinstriping. It starts up front with a custom design, follows the flowing crease line of the body, and ends in the rear with more custom artistry that draws attention to the bow tie (a nice little extra hint to the Ford guys that this is a distinctive Chevy.)Inside the custom touches continue. It starts with a pair of tan leather bucket seats that have modern bolstering for all-day comfort and yes, that cool center design is made from textured ostrich. While the color of the seats nicely coordinates with the door panels, dash, and Lecarra steering wheel, there's much more to this custom build. There's thoughtfulness in the details like how the wood on the door panels matches the full gauge surround, or the leather on the seats matching the piping on the carpets. This one has all the right features you could want, including a Kenwood AM/FM/CD stereo, tilt wheel, and power windows, and provisions for air conditioning. There's also a nicely fitting fiberglass top, so you can look cool going down the road no matter if you want to be buttoned up or open to the world. Those custom hood vents hints that there's something very special under the hood, and the engine bay doesn't disappoint. This hot rod has a monster 454 cubic-inch big block heart that doesn't dissapoint. It's great to have Chevy power in a classic Chevy, and the smooth firewall reminds you with the company's heartbeat motto painted on. And we know you're already dreaming about showing this V8 off at the car shows. After all, all the polished components and super tidy wire packaging is worthy of awards all on its own. But once you look beyond the flash, you'll see the substance of performance upgrades such as a Holley four-barrel carburetor and Sanderson street rod headers. This monster motor is also built to be reliable with features like an electric fan, Accel SuperStock wires, and a stout TH350 three-speed automatic that can handle all big power. If this sounds like a great anytime driving package, you'd be correct! And that's before you check out the undercarriage photos. Not only does this custom build continue its bold color in a place where few people see, but now you can also get a look at suspension upgrades such as the tubular coilover front, fully independent rear, and disc brakes at each corner. This is a fantastic build for both show and go. The only problem is it's so unique that if you're not quick enough, you might never see one like this Chevy again. Call now!!
