Attention classic car collectors and dealers, I have up for auction my ONE OF A KIND 1971 Chevy car carrier with 8,000 original miles since new ( YES EIGHT THOUSAND ) This truck was originally a county fire truck (Water tank hauler) that obviously has never seen bad weather and has always been stored inside the fire house. THE BED HAS NEVER HAD A CAR ON IT!! I purchased this truck from the gentleman that converted it to a 17 foot car hauler, he is very meticulous as you can see from the professional welding on the undercarriage. The interior is mint original with the tach and gauge cluster. Radio delete but does still have the working CB Radio. The truck is powered with the original big block and 5 speed manual transmission, the original rear end with 2 speed axle. Power steering, power brakes, 6 brand new tires on one piece wheels that are very detailed. Two good size lockable tool boxes. You could notduplicate this truck with the miles for less than 40k and you surecouldn't find one with 8k miles. I have a veryreasonable reserve and it is for sale sodon't wait until the end of auction because most cars and trucks i have ever listed oneBay do not make it to the end.The miles are actual and documented. This Beutiful truck is ready to put to work or just sit it in your classic car show room because it is a crowd pleaser and show stopper!!!
