1957 Chevrolet Bel Air/150/210 Additional Info:

  • This is a good project car

  • disassembled and partially put back together but needs to be painted, etc.

  • most all original parts are here- see photos.

  • frame is not original- replaced the old frame with one from a parts car sedan because the original was rusted out

  • front fenders are attached but loose because I did not want doors or hood to scrap until everything put back together and lined up correctly- they will need to be taken off again for paint/ etc.

  • Body is off frame on 4” wood blocks until rocker panels finished

  • there is still some rust on the fenders and the rocker panel patches need to be completed.

  • engine 283 v8 is mounted on supports to wood blocks sitting on frame

  • transmission is a powerglide automatic (sitting inside the frame)

  • front and rear glass are intact

  • most window glass is here but I would replace the flat glass with new.

  • seat spring frames are in the car

  • <a href=http://s1166.photobucket.com/user/dmdolinger/library/1957-4door-2014?sort=3&page=1>photos</a>

  • frame was replaced because the old one was rusted out- see photos - body is sitting on 4" blocks that rest on the frame

  • included new body mount bushings

  • Front A-arms have new bushings

  • I have the title from Tennessee from 1990 with the VIN number,

  • Also have the previous owner's registration with the VIN number on it.

  • Contact me before you bid if you have any questions about the car.

  • Paypal deposit required as soon as you successfully bid on and win the auction.

  • Payment of the balance by cashier's check from Regions bank or other national bank is required 7 days prior to pickup.

  • Buyer responsible for pickup by trailer

  • The car will have to be winched up my driveway, picked up on a rollback, and rolled back onto your trailer. Driveway is steep and trailers catch at the bottom.

  • The cost for that is approximately $100 to be paid by buyer.
