1967 Chevrolet Corvette Additional Info:

THE TITLE OF THIS AD READS 427 CONVERTIBLE, IT IS NOT 427 Can not get it to go away, keeps coming back. This car was ordered by a chevrolet dealer in Louisville, Ky. (JIM BOOHER CHEVROLET) for his wife. I have the build sheet that reads Tuxedo Black, black trim, white soft top, 4 season A/C. power windows telescoping wheel, power glide trans., P B AM/FM radio, black vinyl hardtop, white sidewall tires,,vaccum power brakes, power steering. AND ALL WORK, INCLUDING THE CLOCK. 1 of 815 built. They sold the car in 2002 to a man that spent 6 months looking for a red one with auto. and air with no success. The deal was made and the dealer painted it red. The man passed away in 2014, and his widow sold the car later, telling the guy I acquired it from that it had 28,000 miles on it when they purchased it, and she seldomly drove it. It now has 41,253 actual miles as of today. The car has no signs of previous damage anywhere. The build sheet is enclosed in plastic and readable, but, probably not from picture. It is a numbers matching car, which is in the photos with 3;36 gears. The interior has 1 flaw on driver seat bottom, which is in a seam. carpet is in good condition, top has no tears. The hard top headliner seems to have been changed to red when repainted, because it is red. Spare tire is still in tub, and windshield washer bag is still on the car. The car, in my opinion, would be worth a lot more if painted back black. It drives great, driven to several car shows and cruising on weekends with O problems.
