1968 Chevrolet Impala custom. This car was recently purchased and the owner has passed. Selling for a friend. I have inspected the car and found it to be above average condition, VERY well detailed. The body and paint has had a recent restoration. Fit and finish is above average. No signs of any large metal work. Original floor and trunk pans. Paint quality is an 8/9 out of a 10. Glass and chrome is above average. The black vinyl top is in very good condition and is not faded or cracked, however at some point there were scrolls on the sail panels and the holes were repaired but you can slightly see where the repairs were made (see pictures). The highly detailed engine compartment boasts a 327 4 barrel, 700R4 transmission, dual exhaust, restored factory air conditioning system that works, blows cold!!! Car does have a 10 bolt, unsure of gear ratio.
The interior of the car is a 9 out of 10, beautiful seats no tears or wear marks. Carpet appears to be new or in new condition. No cracks in the dash. Custom auto sound stereo (may need a speaker connection repaired as it cuts in and out). Headliner and visors are extremely nice. Windows are tinted.
Trunk is in good condition with mat, factory jack and what would appear to be a factory spare tire.
Tires are in new condition with chrome baby moons.
All in all this is a VERY nice higher quality restoration that will show very well and overall appearance/detail of the car is top notch. Pictures do not do this car justice!!!! At most it could use is a little of detailing on the underside. However this car was built and bought for a nice driver.
