1969 CAMARO RS, 350 4SPD,THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS BEEN UP FOR SALE IN NEARLY 12YEARS & I PURCHASED IT FROM A GUY WHO PREVIOUSLY OWNED THE CAR FOR 25YRS ! BELIEVED IT WAS PURCHASED FROM ORIGINAL FAMILY BY HIM,IWILL GIVE ALL INFO I HAVE & KNOW ON THIS BEAUTY,BUT PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING,THIS IS ONE TIME SALE AND THEN IT GOES INTO STORAGE FOR WINTER& I PROBABLY WONT DO THIS AGAIN
BODY: THIS HAS BEEN PAINTED TWICE BY PREVIOUS OWNER-HE TOLD ME HE REPLACED ALL BODY PANELS WITH ORIGINAL GM PARTS-BOTH FENDERS,DOORS,QUARTERS, ROCKERS- TRUNK LOOKS GOOD AND ORIGINAL,ALL GM ORIGINAL PARTS FROM DEALER-THIS WAS FIRST DONE IN EARLY 80'S-I SAW THE GM TAGS ON FENDERS SO I BELIEVE THIS IS TRUE, I HAD THE STRIPES ADDED & THE HOOD WAS CHANGED TOO- GOODMARK, ANYTHING ELSE ON THEBODY I DONT - THIS PAINT WAS DONE JUST BEFORE I BOUGHT IT LESS THEN 12YRS AND IT STILL LOOKS PRETTY AWESOME,ALSO I REPLACED AND POWDER COATED THE FRONTINNER FENDERS,& THE SUB FRAME & UNDERNEATH IS COATED WITH POR15 BLACK CHASSY FINISH-WORST PART IS THE TUNNEL BEING CUT FOR OLDER INSTALLATION OF A B&M RACESHIFTER-GONE NOW,ORIGINAL COLOR IS CORTEZ SILVER WITH BLACK TOP
GLASS:I HAD REAR WINDOW REPLACED & TRI, ALL OTHER GLASS IS BELIEVED TO BE ORIGINAL, EXCEPT WINSHIELD
CHROME: BUMPERS ARE VERY NICE,NOT NEW BUT VERY NICE SO I DIDNT CHANGE THEM
INTERIOR: NOT ORIGINALLY DELUXE INTERIOR, HE PUT THAT IN FROM A DONOR CAR- I REPLACED CARPET AND HAD FRONT SEATS RECOVERED & NEW PADS ALSO,BACK SEATS LOOKS GOOD AND ORIGINAL,HEADLINER IS GOOD,BOTH REAR SAIL PANELS COULD BE UPGRADED,DASH PAD IS NEW AND GLOVEBOX WAS SIGNED BY CHIP FOOSE !
SUSPENSION: COMPLETELY REPLACED ! AND ALOT OF POWDERCOATING WAS DONE- I WAS BUSY ORDERING FROM RICKS CAMARO ALOT !SPRINGS, SHOCKS-FRONT & REAR,TIE RODS,BALL JOINTS,LOWER CONTROL ARMS,ETC,ALL NEW
BRAKES: ALL NEW ! TOTAL REBUID,LINES-STAILESS, MASTER CYLINDER,BOOSTER- THEY WORK GREAT !
MOTOR: 350 NEVER CHECKED NUMBERS - BELIEVE THIS IS NOT ORIGINAL-SHE RUNS STRONG ! SMOKES ALITTLE,DONT ALL THE OLDER CARS?( JUST WANTED TO NOTE THAT),NEW INTAKE,WATER PUMP,ALTERNATOR, CUSTOMS HEADERS- EQUAL LENGTH & COATED BY JET HOT
