You are bidding on a beautiful, ully restored 1972 Chevelle SS finished in red with black interior. I am listing this car for my friend Tony, ho acquired it around 1990 and restored it in a full service body/mechanic shop that he ran here in Northwest Indiana for decades. He is relocating to Florida and has decided to sell this beautiful car as well as three other muscle cars he has restored; a 1965 Impala Coupe, 1964 Impala Convertible, nd a very rare 1970AMC Javelin. As you can see in the pictures, his is a beautiful car that has been carefully restored, nd has an engine to match the great body! While the car has 44,400 miles on it, he totally rebuilt engine has only about 10,000 miles. It is a 454 cu. in., 25HP, 00 lb. ft. torque (at the flywheel) engine mated to a 400 3 speed A/T. The rear end is posit-traction with 3.73 gears.
The body was stripped to bare metal and professionally repainted with Dupont red and clear coat paint.
The car was originally from California, nd has no rust. It has been stored indoors and used sparingly, nd it shows! It has new tires and wheels, ew exhaust, nd all mechanical systems perform as they should.
