1983 Chevrolet El Camino Additional Info:
You are bidding on a very nice driving and show winning ElCamino. Clean rust-free ElCaminos like this are becoming rare. This car was completely redone 10 years ago. The SS nose was added, all brand new interior, and a new rebuilt 396 with over 400hp with a th350 tranny was put in. Flowmaster 40 series exhaust and hooker headers. New sound system, and many more upgrades including custom 1off Boyd Coddington rims. The car is solid, rust free and drives like a brand new car. It is a super chevy show class winner every year, and wins at every local car show. in full disclosure I will disclose the oil pan gasket needs to be replaced. it drips about 1 drop every 30 second when running. That is the only mechanical issue. Visually it is nearly perfect, but if you look hard enough, there are a few stress cracks in the typical place just above the headlights. but they are minor. also the back side of the right side tailpipe is not perfectly round as some road debris bent the back side. again these are not very noticeable, but I want to be transparent. The body is perfectly straight and the car is clean.. The underside was very clean before the oil leak which just developed last year. I have not taken the time to fix it as it wasn't bad enough for me to be concerned. Please contact me with any questions.
