1941 Chevrolet Other Pickups Additional Info:

This is a 1941 Chevrolet Modified "4X4" Pickup, I have owned it for over 3 years now and I'm the 3rd owner after the rebuild. It's an Original all steel 1941 Chevrolet PU truck body and frame but a 1984 Chevrolet S-10 running gear has been installed. The original engine has been replaced with the S-10 2.6 liter 6 cylinder gasoline engine, the 5 speed manual transmission and transfer case has been installed as has the S-10 rear end there for the 4X4 conversion, I was told the donor S-10 was an almost new vehicle that was totaled and the mileage was less than 8000 at that time. The Original 1941 dash odometer is currently 12,600. When I got the truck is was due for a paint job and so I had a $9500.00 paint job done on her, it's beautiful! I also added a antique truck so I had somewhere to put things, Runs and Drives Great! There is really nothing you need to do to the truck. I promise you this, you will probably not see another 1941 "4X4" pick up out there. I have taken it out this summer to a few Car Shows and came home with few trophy's.
