The car runs, drives and stops excellent. The engine starts instantly, runs quiet and smooth. The transmission shifts and runs out great. The tires have most of their tread, but are weather checked and will need replaced soon. The seats are in great condition and are bright white. The body looks very good, straight and solid but has a couple isolated spots beginning to rust. Rear passenger floor pan needs repaired, and a couple of small pinholes in the lower left quarter. The car has original red paint, with some fading and thin spots. The convertible top works well, but will need replaced soon as it is the original top with a couple small holes. It will keep the rain off of your head and out of the car but I would plan on replacing it. It has a glass rear window in excellent condition. The dash is cracked in the middle. The two quarter windows are slow going up and need a little help. Replacement bumper fillers come with the car, will need to be painted and installed. The floors are very solid other than the rear passenger pan. Car has been driven to several cruise nights and car shows this summer, runs and drives very well for a 40 year old, all stock Caprice.
