A nice survivor car. I bought this as an easy project but now realize i don't have the time (too many projects). Has been repainted once. Original color was green its now Gold. Interior is in nice original condition. Top of door panels are sun damaged. Seats are in nice shape, no holes. Carpet is showing its age...it needs a new top. Top goes up and down, but is temperamental! I think it needs a new switch.
Previous owner never drove it with the top up so it didn't bother him. The only rust i can find is bubbling on the bottom of the front fenders and a small area in the trunk (see pics) from a leaky trunk seal and damp carpet!. I don't think the trunk needs replacing a small 6"x6" patch should be enough. Floor and rockers are solid with no rust . Bumpers and trim are all in very nice shape.
The car drives very well. It had been sitting for a while before i got it and needs some minor remedial maintenance ( a can of wd40 and a few hours work). This is an honest old survivor. What you see is what you get. There is nothing hidden under a cheap new paint job.
The reserve is low. Please ask any questions before bidding .
I can recommend a shipping company for overseas bidders and arrange transport to them (at buyers expense).
