Selling my beautiful, unmolested, solid 1967 Cadillac Fleetwood. Originally from Arkansas. I have read (but not confirmed) they only made 3500 Fleetwoods in 67, making this an extremely rare model. This is the nicest unrestored car I've owned. You will have a hard time finding another original car in this condition. Especially in the Midwest! It is not a show car or perfect but it would not take much effort to bring it to that level.
The car is as follows:
* runs and drives great
* low miles
* power windows and locks
* air conditioning
* tilt/telescopic column
* cruise control
* power brakes
* power steering
* electric seats
* exterior color - emerald green
* tan and brown interior
* original 429 engine
* 5000 miles on all new brakes
* good tread on tires
* newer radiator and heater core
* fresh tune up
* new blower motor
* new battery and cables
* new alternator and voltage regulator
* quartz clock conversion
* excellent condition chrome and trim
* original floor mats
* professionally installed CD player and speakers
* professionally installed kill switch
The car is 99% rust free. It is clean underneath. It has a silver dollar size rust spot on one of the fender skirts and a small spot behind the lower trim on both front fenders. I have a set of perfect rust free skirts from Arizona that I will give as a gift to bidders over $6000. Otherwise they will be available for purchase on eBay at a later time. Please note: These skirts are unique to the Fleetwood model and very hard to find!
The paint is original and 49 years old. It shows age appropriate wear, rock chips, etc.
The interior is very complete and overall decent. The cloth inserts on the seats are dry and splitting. See pictures. A good trim shop can replace the insertsfor a reasonable cost.
All A/C components are still on the car but it needs to be recharged.
The driver’s side exhaust manifold gasket should be replaced. It has a fairly quiet, nuisance exhaust leak at the manifold.
The fuel gauge had been known to stick.
I have highlighted the issues I felt were noteworthy. The car is quite nice but it is 49 years old and not perfect. I drive it regularly on my 80 mile roundtrip, rush hour commute and it doesn’t miss a beat. It doesn’t overheat or misbehave in any manner. Drive it home!
Car is located about 20 miles north of its Detroit birthplace. If interested, I encourage you to come look at the car. You will not be disappointed.
