This is more than just a beautiful 1952 Cadillac Series 62 Coupe with glittering chrome and shimmering modern paint. You're looking a head-to-toe custom upgraded build/restoration that includes A/C, a new leather interior, and a modern fuel-injected 32-valve Northstar V8. It's the classic Caddy that drives like and is as comfortable as a new one.Let's start with the first impression. When you see the coupe coming down the road, the jewel-like appearance of the sapphire blue lets you know instantly that this is something special. It's the product of a very professional application of a modern color and plenty of shiny clearcoat. Of course the mirror-like finish is not the brightest thing on the car. These Caddys were known for acres of chrome, and this one has been heavily invested in to make sure it's all complete and has a butter-smooth reflection. It's on everything, including the bumpers with iconic Dagmars, wide intricate grill, goddess hood ornament, Cadillac side scripts, and surrounding the pillarless hardtop roof. In fact, you might notice the only pieces that don't appear chrome are the badges on the front and rear. That's because 1952 was the company's 50th anniversary, and the golden badges were utilized for one year only during this celebration. Cadillacs of this era were truly special cars, and the company set the style benchmark s in every way, including the small details. That's why you get cool touches like the Kelsey Hayes wire wheels, exhaust integrated in the rear bumper, and the gas cap located under the flip-up taillight.Inside are more of the modern touches with classic style. The ivory leather seats are tufted to look like the originals, but the materials feel much softer and more supple to the touch. The same goes for the custom door panels and blue carpets. It's true 50s-style cruising luxury from the driver's seat with a steering wheel that has the blue and chrome appearance that's repeated on the dash. Even the original gauges retain their jewel-like quality. This whole interior looks very original-style, but then the modern upgrades start to come into focus. For example, the original AM radio might be in the dash, but hidden in the glovebox is an AM/FM/CD stereo for more modern music. Plus, since everybody will want to go for a ride in your beautiful Caddy, there's ice-cold air conditioning to keep them all comfortable. While there has been plenty invested in the exterior and interior, arguably the best upgrade is under the hood. The fuel-injected 4.6-liter Cadillac Northstar V8 is about half a century more modern than the engine that originally came in this beauty, but thanks to a professional installation, it looks like this Club Coupe could have had it from day one. The 32-valve V8 gives you the flexibility of low-end power, and full-tilt torque that can only come from a well engineered turn-key and modern powerplant. So, you can be the first to pull away at the stoplights and still find plenty of passing acceleration even at highway speeds imagine that in a '52 Caddy! More than just a modern motor, this is backed up with a new radiator for modern cooling, and a 700R4 four-speed automatic w/overdrive for comfortable cruising anywhere. Add in power steering, front disc brakes, and a lowered modern GM independent front suspension with rear air shocks, and you soon realize that this classic coupe will leave you wanting for nothing. It's hard to resist a custom-built classic that looks like a pristine vintage Caddy on the outside, and feels like a new one going down the road. But don't debate too long... because once this is gone, you'll likely never see another classic coupe like it. Call today!!
